The preschooler had a pumpkin patch at school on Wednesday, October 21st. Each child was able to pick a pumpkin and then we used markers to decorate the pumpkins. We raked leaves and then took turns jumping into the leaves. We also raked them into a pile big and had fun throwing the leaves up in the air. The preschoolers used yarn and made a spider web. We sat in a circle and took turns throwing the yarn to each other, then Mrs. Miller taped it down and we placed spiders all over the web. We painted a haunted house and made ghost and glued them onto the haunted house. The preschoolers talked about what we see at Halloween. We see witches, ghost, pumpkins, spiders, mummies, skeletons, bats, princesses, trick or treaters, cowboys and much more. We then made a book called, "Jack o lantern, Jack o lantern what do you see?"
